Byes Barn Bed & Breakfast is situated in a quiet location just a few minutes walk away from Lavenham's Market Place. The river Brett runs adjacent to the barn with attractive views over the surrounding countryside.

If you are really lucky you might catch glimpse of one of the Kingfishers that can be seen around the river area.

The guest accommodation comprises of just one double room with the Garden room overlooking the river exclusively for your use making your stay all the more relaxing.
